The AV brief is in one inbox. The keynote's flight details are in another. The run of show is version 7 of a spreadsheet nobody quite trusts.
Stage Portal Events puts speakers, crew and suppliers in one place, from first brief to final cue. Each person sees only the part they need.
Speakers, crew and suppliers never pay · No per-delegate fees

Sound familiar?
If you run events with speakers, crew and a handful of suppliers, at least one of these has happened to you.
The speaker sent an updated deck on the morning of the event. To someone who's on leave.
Catering has one, the venue has another, and the one in your inbox has two changes neither of them saw.
The AV team are cueing from a version two edits out of date. You find out during the second session.
Why we built this
Before Stage Portal, the team has decades of experiences in events ranging from, summits, festivals, live music and corporate events.
The problem was always the same. Everyone who needed information had a slightly different version of it, and one person spent the week chasing the rest.
So we built Stage Portal for live music, where it now handles riders, crew, schedules and advancing for artists, venues and festivals. Stage Portal Events brings the same system to corporate events, with speakers, sessions, teams and suppliers all in one place.

Speakers add everything you need themselves, in one place. You get one less thing to chase.

Every detail, connected
Build the programme, set timings and share it with everyone who needs it.
Collect technical, hospitality and access needs from each act or speaker before the day.
Who's working, when they're needed and what they need to know.
Tech packs for AV. Dietary lists for catering. Guest lists for the door.
Log fees and costs against the event as they happen.
Multiple rooms and tracks, cue timings, and a show-caller view that updates for everyone at once.
Flights, rooming lists and transfers together, with a warning when an arrival and a check-in don't line up.
Google and Outlook, with updates flowing both ways.
Keep whatever handles delegates and tickets. No per-delegate fees, and no three-month onboarding project.

"What used to be a time-consuming process of messages, calls and endless back and forth is now streamlined into an easy-to-use platform."
Carrie Welch - Venue owner
Founding partners
We're working with a small group of event teams and agencies on their first events in early 2027. Here's the deal.
The core (schedules, advancing, crew, reports, expenses) runs today for venues, managers and festivals. The event platform, travel tracking and calendar sync are being built with founding partners for Q4 2026.
No. Keep whatever you use for delegates. Stage Portal Events handles the people and logistics behind the event, and you can bring guest lists in from a spreadsheet.
One price per team, with no per-delegate or per-seat fees. Founding partners get founding pricing locked in. We'll go through it on the walkthrough.
Never. They get a link to their own view and update their details from there.
That's the plan for the live run of show: multiple rooms and tracks, cue timings and a show-caller view. It's one of the first things we're building with founding partners.
