Who is Stage Portal for?: Stage Portal is for anyone involved in putting on shows: Gigging bands, Independent/D.I.Y. artists, Multi-band musicians, The “organiser” in every band. Grassroots venues, Community venues, Managers, Promoters & event organisers
How long does it take to get set up?: Most artists and venues are fully set up in 10–15 minutes. Add your next gig, drop in your rider details, upload a setlist and you’re ready to go. There’s no complex onboarding, no training required and no steep learning curve. You can even start by adding just one gig, and build from there.
Do my bandmates or venue partners need a paid account?: No. There is only one cost per band or venue and then you can invite everyone else to join.
What if we only have a few gigs a year?: Even with 5–10 shows a year, gig-day stress, missing details and last-minute scrambles happen. Stage Portal keeps your information organised and ready so you can run every gig prepared, whether it's weekly, monthly or occasionally.
